Surplus Materials

The district uses online auctions to sell surplus materials.  Use the following links to view and purchase surplus property that our district is selling.

All prospective bidders are encouraged to periodically visit the auction site to find items that the District has available for purchase.  District staff cannot provide additional information about when listings will post, the items that will be posted, etc.

Administrative Code R7-2-1131 applies to potential buyers.

  • An employee of the school, district, or a governing board member shall not directly or indirectly purchase or agree with another person to purchase surplus property if said employee or board member is, or has been, directly or indirectly involved in the purchase, disposal, maintenance, or preparation for sale of the surplus material.
