Facilities Use

The district is pleased to make our facilities available to the public for use during non-school hours.  Anybody who wishes to use district facilities must submit a Facility Use Request along with proof of insurance for review and approval.

Send completed request and proof of insurance to the requested site. Please send all forms to the site two weeks prior to your event, as the Governing Board must approve each request. Once approved, we will place your event on the calendar. Feel free to call our Business Office with any questions (520) 696-8813.

Facility Use FAQ's

Where do I send my Facility Rental Request?

Send a completed request to the requested site. If the dates and times are available the site will forward your request to the business office. The business office will determine the fee, obtain signatures, and submit to the Governing Board for approval. A fully signed agreement will be returned to you by email.

How far in advance do I need to make my request for Facility Rental?

Submit your request at least two weeks prior to your event, as the Governing Board must approve each request.

Does my group need insurance?

A certificate of liability insurance filled in by an insurance agent must be attached. This insurance provides the minimum limit of $1,000,000 for bodily injury and property damage and names the district as additional insured as follows:

How do I pay for the event?

The business office will invoice you after your event. We accept cash, check, or credit card.
