At Flowing Wells School District, we offer outstanding opportunities for teacher renewal and growth for both new and returning educators. We recognize the value of teachers with multiple skills, and our program is designed to support both instructional improvement and professional renewal. This model has been honored numerous times at the state and national level over the past two decades for its effectiveness. By offering differentiated staff development, we ensure that professional learning is tailored to a teacher’s level of expertise.
