To apply for and renew Arizona certification:
The quickest way to apply for certification is to apply online.
All services may be completed online except for name changes, duplicate copy of a valid certificate, extensions for Alternative, Student Intern Certificates, International Certificates, and all Interim Administrative certificates. These applications may be mailed to:

Two windows available to assist applicants.
Customer service windows are open: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. We recommend arriving by 4 pm to allow for time for advisement and processing.
Happy to advise applicants with certification questions and the processing of services for existing certificates. All applications for new certificates, approved areas, or endorsements will be placed in the queue and processed in the order they are received.
